WHEREAS, in May 1995 Plymouth voters approved the issuance of $2,235,000 in
general obligation bonds to acquire various open space area throughout Plymouth, and the
use of $1,000,000 of other city funds to construct additional trails; and
WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Fund is the designated funding source of
$1,000,000 to construct the additional trails approved by voters; and
WHEREAS, the 1995 - 1999 Capital Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth
must be amended to reflect the projects and funding sources approved by voters; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the amendment was held by the Plymouth Planning
Commission on August 23, :995, and the amendment was unanimously approved by the
Planning Commission;
NOW THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED that the City Council of the City uf
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby approve amendments to the 1995 - 1999 Capital
Improvement Program for the City of Plymouth as specified below and hi the attached
spreadsheet:
