RESOLUTION NO. 9S - 520
ALTERING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter
described should be altered as to their designation as Municipal State Aid streets under the
provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162;

CONTROL SECTION 157, SEGMENT 017
Change From Termini: Xenium Lane 4850 feet north of County Road 61 to
County Road 61 - segment length 0.39 miles
TQ Termini: Xenium Lane 4850 feet north of County Road 61 to
County Road No. 9 (a portion of this segment will
be Vinewood Lane) segment length 0.28 mile
be, and hereby are altered as to their designation an Municipal State Aid Streets of said
City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road
or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal
State Aid Street of the City of Plymouth, to be numbered and known as Municipal State
Aid Street.
