RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 519
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A STREET EASEMENT (41ST AVENUE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jim Blachnik, Attorney in Fact, U.S. West
Communication, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
street easement:
That part of 41st Avenue North which lies easterly of the west line of
Lot 6, Block 6, Plymouth Oaks Addition extended southerly and west of
the west line of Lot 1, Block 1, Courtyards of Plymouth Oaks extended
northerly according to said plats on file and of record in the office o; the
County Recorder, Hennepin County, MN.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of October 3, 1995 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
