RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 518
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
JONQUIL LANE
WHBRS4S, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Paul Brewer, President of LaNel Financial Group,
Inc., has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way:
All of Jonquil Lane as platted in Parkside at Medicine Lake Addition
AND WkWtEAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THERWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVPD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of October 3. 1995 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and diracts
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
