RESOLUTION AUTHORIZII G THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN AN EASEMENT AGREFMZNT FOR
NW -19 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER OVER
SOO LINE EAST AND WEST PROPERTIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 50
WHBABAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken City Project 503 to install the NW - 19 'gunk
Sanitary Sewer, and
WHEREAS, puts of the trunk sewer will extend through Soo Line Bast and Soo Line West
properties owned by Lundgr= Bros. Con&nwtion Company, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the trunk sewer is approximately 35 to 40 feet deep in some places requiring temporary
nseumts beyond th43 width of the permanent sanitary sewer easement; and
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Company, Inc. and Chanhassen Center Partnership have
agraed to grant a temporary easement to the City in order to install die sewer provided the City agree
to certain requirements for restoration and indemnification, etc.
NOR', THEREFORE, EB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, bUNNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the City Manager to enter
into an easement agreement with I: rndgren Bros. Construction Company, Inc. and Chanhassen
Center Partnership for the installation of the NW - 19 Trunk Sanitary Sewer.
