WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10 dated August 220 1995 for C.S. McCwmn,
Inc. has been prepared by the City's Consulting BngI m and payment is
recommended; and
WiBIERBAS, the payment requires City Council approval since it is recommended that
the retainage be reduced to 2 % for City Project No. 031- Phase 11.
NOW, 'IHEREIFORB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE C1TY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Finance Department is
authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 10 in the amount of
$51,681.36 to C.S. McCrossan, Inc. for City Project No. 031 - Phase 11.
FURTHER BE 1T RESOLVED that other payments for additional work completed are
authorized with a retainage of 2 S.
