AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION, WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT OF 1991
FOR:
NORTHWEST 19 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. SW
WHEREAS, City Of Plymouth proposes to construct the Northwest 19 Trunk Udtuy sever -city
Project No. 503, a sanitary sewer system which will affect about 3.33 acre of Type 3 wetlands, and
WHEREAS, the impacts of these well: d basins are exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption g 6, "activities authorized under, and conducted in accordance with, an applicable general
permit issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers under section 404 of the federal Calan
Water Act,..."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNE40TA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Certificate of Exemption
Form for the Northwest 19 Trunk Sanitary Sewer -City Project No. 503.
