RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVE WE NT

CITY PROJECT NO. 323
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 20, 19959 a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo Rosene Anderhk and Associates, Inc. with respect to
the improvement of 12th Avenue east of Ferndale Road; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the improvement of 12th Avenue by the
installation of a 33 foot wide street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary
sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WiMRBAS, said report is being received by the Council on September 5, 1995.
! 1. 'Ile Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property along 12th Ave. for a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $129,740.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
3rd day o: October, 1995, in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 8:00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
