RESOLUTION 95 - 510
RELEASING SITE 14V movEmENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
ASCENSION LUTHERAN CHURCH (94103)
WiIEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-627 approved on October
17, 1994, for Ascension Lutheran Church developer for the parking lot expansion at
15870 46th Avenue North (94103), bas agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all exterior site improvements and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $13,318.00. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Ascension Lutheran Church.
