RESOLUTION 95 - 509
RELEASING 1.a1TE EM[PROVEM ENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
NWACOM INC. (94041)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-338 approved on June 20,
1994, for Metacom Inc. developer of Metacom (94041), has agreed to install certain
site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all exterior site improvements including
winter survivability and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected add site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M NNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $437.50. which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Metacom Inc.
