RESOLUTION 95 - S08
RELEASING SITE ]MPROVEMff PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
BALDOR ELECTRIC (94024)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Administrative Site Plan Approval letter dated May
05, 1994, for Baldor Electric Company developer of parking lot expansion at 12455
State Highway 55 (94024) has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including winter
survivability of the landscaping and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THMUWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $375.00. which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Baldor.
