RESOLUTION 95 - 507
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
JOHN DAY COMPANY/PLYMOUTH AUTO MALL (92070)
WHSRBAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 92-546 approved on
September 14, 1992, for John Day Company developer of Plymouth Auto Mall
(92070), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WFiB HUM the developer has completed all site improvements including the winter
survivability of the landscaping and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspectod said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THBRBFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $1,000.00. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Plymouth Auto Mall.
