REDUCING SITE EMPROVEVIENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION / FINGERHUT CORPORMIKON04062)
WHEREAS, in sc=dance with the final planiplac and resolutions 94-410 dt 94411
approved on August 01, 1994, for Opus Coepoation, dm eloper of Fingerbut
Cospoation (94062), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WM1REAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements and the
following deficiencies remain:
SubmitW of As -Bulli utility plans to the Engineering Department and winter
onrvivability of landscaping.
and;
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
mmmmends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
a NOW, MEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIINNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a reduction of the Bowl which was submitted to gcvantee site improvements for
Fingerbut Corporation in Bass Creek Office Park to the new amount of $20,000.00.
