RESOLUTION 93.504
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR A
SAFETY STORAGE BUILDING AT FORWARD TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIES, INC.,
13500 COUNTY ROAD 6 (95078)
WHEREAS, Forward Technology Industries, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use
Permit and Site Plan Amendment to allow installation of a safety storage building at 13500
County Road 6;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
South 438.2 feet of Lot 1, Block 6, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition, except
road, Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Forward Technology Industries, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment
to allow installation of a safety storage building at 13500 County Road 6, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Amendment allow the installation of a safety
storage building, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on
July 5, 1995, except as amended by this resolution.
2. This permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation
thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. The fire lane shall be retained and maintained on the north and south sides of the main
building.
4. Fire lane signage shall be posted at all entrances to the fenced area, as approved by the
Fire Inspector.
5. No signage shall be permitted for the safety storage building, except for safety related
signage as approved or required by the City.
6. Underground utilities in the area of the safety storage building must be located prior to
issuance of building permits.
