HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-503• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RFTOLUTION 95-503 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WOULLET AND ASSOCIATES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13030 -47TH AVENUE NORTH (95075) WHEREAS, Woullet and Associates have requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Site Plan Amendment to allow an addition to the Minneapolis Laestadian Lutheran Church, 13030.47th Avenue North; The property is more specifically described as follows: Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, except that part of said Tract embraced within the plat of Tanunie Middlemist Addition, and also except that part of said Tract B embraced within Registered Land Survey No. 1240 and also except that phrt of said Tract B lying Northerly and Westerly of Tract A in said Registered Land Survey No. 466 and Easterly of the Southerly extension of the West line of Tract A in Registered Land Survey No. 1240, and also except that part of said Tract B lying Southerly of a line running parallel with and 30 feet Southerly of a line 1 bearing South 88 degrees 26 minutes East from a point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 118, Range 22 distant 67.89 fret North of the South%vest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, bE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Woullet and Associates for a Conditional UsP Permit Amendment and Site Plan Amendment to allow an addition to the Min.neupolis Laestadian Lutheran Church, 13030 -0th 4venue Nurth, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Amended Conditional Use Pcrmit and Site Plan allows construction of an addition, in accordance with the application dated June 19, 1995 and revised plans received by the City on August ;i, 1995, excerpt as emended by this resolution. 2. All handicap accessible walks shall be 1:20 slope maximum. 3. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding th; location of fire hydrants and fire lanes, and fire lane signage. • • Resolution 95- 563, page 2 4. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approval. Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
