RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR DELINQUENT WATER,
SEWER, RECYCLING AND STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CHARGES, UNPAID
ANNUAL STREET LIGHTING FOR UNIMPROVED PARCELS AND UNPAID
ANNUAL RECYCLING FEES
WAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII, Section
715.031 720.21 and 730.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a
determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent water, sewer recycling and
street lighting service charges, annual street lighting for unimproved parcels and annual
recycling fees have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such charges is
$1570489.44.
NJW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CP!'Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The amount of delinquent utilities to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $156,899.41, the amount of the annual street lighting and annual
recycling is hereby declared to be $590.03.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially .aseased as provided by
law; and the clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office
of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
