WS>MW, by a resolution paused by the Council on September S. 19959 the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a proposed asaesament for certain charges for the delinquat water, sewer,
recycling and street lighting service charges, unpaid mod street lighting for murnproved
parcels and unpaid annual recycling fees as provided by Lw; and
WS>>; MMI the Oak has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;

1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th day of October, 1995 In the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to piss upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affe►•ted by such
charges will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed asseasment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount
of the asassament. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to
the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
