directed to pure a proposed assessment for certain charges for the delinquent fin alum
permit fees as provided by Lw; and

completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspections;

1. A public hearing shall be held on the 24th day of October, 1995, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to para upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such charges will
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount of the
assessment. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner
of each parcel described in the assessment.
