RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMCNT FOR
PAST DUE FALSE I= ALARM FEES
WHEREAS, p meant to the provision of Section 463.15 to 463.26 M.S.A., Chapter VII,
Section 810.01 and CbapW 70, Section 1155.23 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, a demon has been made that certain charges for delinquent alum permit
fees have not been paid as provided by kw, and the total amount of such chatgea is $1,200.

1. The amount of delinquent false fire alum permit fees to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $1,200.
2. The City Clark, with the assistance of the Director of Fimmo shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed as provided by law; and the
Clark shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City
Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk a", upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
