FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXkMMON
FOR MAKE -A -WISH FOUNDATION OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Make -
A -Wish Foundation of Minnesota for raffles to be conducted on October 18, 1995.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Make -A -Wish Foundation of
Minnesota for an event to be conducted at the Country Hospitality Grand Opening, Carlson
Parkway, on October 18, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby waives the 30 -day waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
