WHEREAS, the Plymouth Human Rights Commission drafted and adopted a Mission
Statement and Bylaws to guide and govern its activities;
NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby approve the Mission Statement and ByLaws of the
Plymouth Human Rights Commission.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 1995.
