RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 487
ISSUE RFP FOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS CONSULTATION
WHEREAS, the City is planning comprehensive changes in its information system to serve
citizens more effectively and manage the city's operations more efficiently; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to protect its investment in new systems and accelerate the
project timetable
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNNSOTA, THAT THE Finance Director is authorized to
contract with Deloitte and Touche for consulting services to help select new central
information systems for a cost not to exceed $43,000 ($40,000 in consulting costs and $3,000
in reimbursement for out-of-town expenses).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all costs for these services will come from the computer
reserve.
