WilffitBAS, the City of Plymouth intends to acquire a 26-acm parcel of
Property located east of and adjacent to French Regional Park; and
WIUWJWO the City and Hennepin Parks denim that this property be appended
to French Regional Park,
NOW, THMUNORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the cooperative agreement and
purchase agreement, as contained in the staff report, for the transfer of the Mission
Property from the City of Plymouth to Hennepin County Parks is hereby approved, and
further that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute said agreement and
contract.
Adopted by the City Council on August 15, 1995.
