CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 477
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A STREET EASEhIENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Steven A. Kaye of Popham Haik hos
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street easement:
IUL part of Xendum Lane adjacent to Parcels 13-118-22-42.00103 15-
118-22-34-0023, 15-118-2243-0001, and 13-118-2242-0006 which lies
north of the north line and its westerly extension of Heritage Weal 2nd
Addition, according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder; Hennepin County, Minnesota and which lies within
the South Half of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be

NOW, MWWORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of September 5, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. it the Council Chambers,
Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
