ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY BASEMENTS
AND DRAINAGE gASIOV NT FOR PONDING
PARCEL 1S-1208.2242.0006
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Steven A. Kaye of Pq$mm Haik has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easements and drainage asoment for ponding:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the north quarter of the southwest quarter of
the southeast quarter of said Section 15; thence north 00 degrees 08 minutes 22 seconds
wean assumed bearing along the west Lao of the southeast quarter of said Section 15 a
distance of 370.51 feet; thence north 89 dogma 37 minutes 22 seconds ad a dLtsnca
of 706.50 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence south 00
degrees 08 minutes 22 seconds west, parallel with the west line of said southeast
quarter to the south line of said with quarter of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter; thence north 35 degrees 08 minutes 22 seconds east 140.00 fat; thence north
03 dogma 08 minutes 22 seconds asst 225.00 feet; the= north 48 degrees 51 minutes
38 seconds weal 141.75; thence south 13 degrees 49 minutes 55 seconds west 61.74
feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NIINNESOTA: Tan it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of September 5, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
