has been prepared by the City Bogioecr with mfareaca to the inapmvwAd of Inverness
Addition by the insta uum of ornameaW residential street Hghts and this nVM was
received by the Council on August 15, 1993..

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the impmvements.
2. Such improvemaat is hereby ordered as proposed in tlw Council
resolution adopted August 15, 194S. The petitioners have waived their•
right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on August 15, 1995.
