RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
NW -19 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER EMROVFIVIEIM
CITY PROJECT NO. 503
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for "lids for the construction of the NW - 19 Trunk
Sanitary Sewer Improvements and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

Barbarossa 8t Sons 1,1439836.M
S.M. Hentges & Sons, Inc. 1,148,432.00
S.R. Weidema, Inc. 1,2189030.95
WHEREAS, it appears that C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. of Maple Grove, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.

1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter Into the attached
contract with C.S. McCrossan of Maple Grove, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth
for the construction of the NW - 19 Trunk Sanitary Sewer Improvemento according to the
puns and specifications therefore: approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk in the amount of $1,061,233.
2. The City Clerk is hert;by authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bid:ea and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a amtmct has been signed.
