RESOLUTON NO. n _469
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR
PREPARATION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS TO
NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined a need to retain consulting services to assist
with the preparation of various comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance amendments;
and
WHEREAS, on July 11, 1995 the City Council authorized staff to solicit proposals
from architectural and planning firms; and
WHEREAS, four proposals were received; and
WHEREAS, the proposal by Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. was determined
to be the best proposal meeting the City's needs for these services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is directed to enter into an
agreement with Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. in ar, amount not to exceed
$42,500, plus additional fees not to exceed $7,500 for attendance at public meetings,
to provide consulting services to prepare various comprehensive plan and zoning
ordinance amendments, and that funding for these services will be provided from the
Project Administration Fund.
