CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95 -468
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
GEM ENTERPRISES/PLYMOUTH SHOPPING CENTER (91109)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 92-87 approved on February
03, 1992, for Gem Enterprises developer of Plymouth Shopping Center (91109), has
agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed curb, gutter and asphalt work and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the devel aper, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the fmancial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THffitBFCRE, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY MM CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUIR, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $8,000.00. which waa submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Plymouth Shopping Center.
