RESOLUTION 95 - 467
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PM'3RMANCE GUARANTEE
TIMCK, INC. 3000 CAMPUS DRIVE (94146)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Administratively Approved on November
08, 19%, for Turck, Inc., developer at 3000 Campus Drive (94146), has agreed to
install certain site improvement; for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed exterior grading and landscape installatio%
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer. City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
and the following requirement.: remain:
Winter survivability of remaining landscaping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
( THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $1,875.00 reduction of the Cash which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Turck, Inc. to a new total guarantee of $625.00.
