HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-4649 ( CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 95 - 464 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHRISTOPHER SWANSON FOR PROPERTY AT 15110.42ND AVENUE NORTH (RPUD 85-5) (95071) WHEREAS, Christopher Swanson has requested an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a deck that would extend 5.3 feet into the required side yard for property located at 1511042nd Avenue North; The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 2, Block 5, Quail Ridge of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Christopher Swanson for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a deck for property located at 15110 -42nd Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. This Amended PUD Plan a:td Conditional Use Permit allows the construction of a deck that extends 5.3 feet into the required side yard, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on June 22, 1995, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The support posts for the deck shall not be located within the drainage and utility easement that runs along the west side of the lot. 3. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes. 4. No other amendments or variations are granted or implied. Adopted by the City Council on August 15, 1995.
