HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-463• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 95 - 463 APPROVING AMENDED RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SHANNON AND LINDA TERRY FOR PROPERTY AT 4210 XENIUM LANE NORTH (RPUD 92-2) (95070) WHEREAS, Sham,on and Linda Terry have requested an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a deck that would exceed five percent lot coverage for property located at 4210 Xenium Lane North; The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 18, Block 1, Plymouth Pointe, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ir HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Shannon and Linda Terry for an Amended Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a deck for property located at 4210 Xenium Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. This Amended PUD Plan and ConJitional Use Permit allows the construction of a deck that exceeds five percent lot coverage, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on June 16, 1995, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes. 3. No other amendments or variations are granted or implied. Adopted by the City Council on August 15, 1995.
