RESOLUTION 95-461
AMENDING THE APPLICABILITY OF RESOLUTION $9-439
REGARDING PRESERVATION OF TREES ON
NEW DEVELOPMENT SITES
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1989, the City adopted Resolution No. 89-439
concerning the preservation of trees on new development sites; and
WHEREAS, on August 15 ,1995, the City adopted Ordinance No.
95- 43 amending Chapter 5 of the Plymouth City Code and the City's zoning ordinance
concerning tree preservation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Resolution 89-439 shall apply only to lots of record prior to the effective date of
Ordinance No. 95- 43 ; developments for which conditional us„ permits, site
plans, preliminary plats, final plats, or preliminary or final planned unit
development plans have been approved by the City within two (2) yenta prior to
the effective date of Ordinance No. 95-_D_; or to developments for which
complete applications for any of the above actions have been accepted by the City
far review, but not yet acted upon, prior to the effective date of Ordinance No.
95- 43 ; or to sites that have undergone substantial improvements or alterations
prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 95-43
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15 day of August , 1995.
