ESTABLISHING A HEARING TO CONSIDER THE SUSPENSION,
REVOCATION, OR 071M ACTION OF AN
OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
ISSUED TO MGM WINE AND SPItR1lT5 INC., 3900 VM WOOD LANE
WRBAS, Plymouth City Code provides that an off -sale intoxicating liquor license issued by
the City Council may be denied, suspended, or rcvolmd by the Council for violation of any
crime or maiideaseanor pertaining to a license held or applied for, subject to the provisions of
Minnesom Statutes Chapter 364; and
Wil MEAS, Plymouth City Code Section 1005.23 provides that no lkatae may be suspended
or revolmd until after a having is granted to the licensee; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has reported that an incident relating to the
underage sate of liquor occurred on March 25, 19959 at MGM Wine and Spirits, Inc., 3900
Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Director has advised that the criminal matter relating to this
offense was resolved on June 30, 1995.
NOW, TORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it hereby schedules a hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 1995, to
consider the suspension, revocation, fining, or other action of the off -sale intoxicating liquor
license issued to MGM Wine and Spirits, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on August 15, 1995.
