f -RDERING iQWPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
DUNKIRK COURT
STREET ] PROVEWENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 324
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95- 418 of the City Council adopted the 18th day of July,
1995, fixed a date for a public herring with respect to the improvements to Dunkirk
Court from Dunkirk Lane to approximately 1,000 feet south; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 36 foot wide 7 -ton
roadway with concrete verb and gutter, storm sewer on Dunkirk Court and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the requirod notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 1st day of
August, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon;
NoWt THEMOREO BE IT REMY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted July 18, 1995.
2. Strgar•Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as enginEer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
makin of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1995.
