CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95 - 452
WHBR M, Waste Management -Savage, provider of the City's curbside and drop-off
recycling services has agreed to a three-year contract extension reflecting immediate savings
to the City; and
VIBEREAS; this extension provides further savings to the City based on discounts to be
applied at apreed-upon market prices for aluminum and newspaper, and
WHEREAS, this extension continues the service level presently available to City residents.
NOW, T1E RWORIi, BE IT hEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,: That the City of Plymouth approve the three-year
extension of the contract for recycling services with Waste Management -Savage, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1995.
