WHEIWAS, the City of Hymouth is the agency nsrponsible to reconstruct the dam since it is
within our boundaries after funding is provided; and
WHMMAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement with Hennepin County for the County
and State funds.
NOW, MMIREFOM BE rr HIMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNaL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M]WNBSOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
eater into Agreement No. A08M with Hennepin County for the funding of the Medicine
Lake Dam.
Adopted by the City Council on August 1, 1995.
