REQUEST !VR PAYMENT NO.1 AND FINAL
1995 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
WIE REAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and ASTECH Corp., as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the 1995 Crack Repair Program, said agreement being
dated June 6, 1995; and
VARE t W; the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

1. That the original contract amount was estimated at $28,360 and the
value of the work to date is $289360 and is herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the 1995 Crack Repair
Program and certified to the Council by the engineer as aocxptable,
being tho same, is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable
from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance
bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and
correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 1 and Final in the amount of $28,360.00 to
ASTECH Corp. for the 1595 Creak Repair Program is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
