CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95 - 448
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION/OLYMPIC STEEL
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-406 approved on August
010 1994, for Opus Corporation developer of Olympic Steel (94075), has agreed to
install certain site improvements for said development; and
WiiERBAS, the developer has completed exterior site improvements, winter
survivability of the landscaping, submittal of As -Built utility plans and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Bond in the amount of $76,000.00. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Olympic Steel.
