RESOLUTION 9S - 447
RELEASING SITE IMMOVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
INSPECo INCJBIRCHVIEW ELEMENTARY
VIIIERBAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 94-464 approved on August
15 , 1994, for Inspec, Inc. developer of new parking area at Birchview Elementary
School (94079), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development;
and
V114ERE.AS, the developer has completed exterior site improvements and winter
survivability of the landscaping, and
WTURBAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of 5125.00 which was submitter) to guarantee site
improvements for Birchview Elementary School.
