APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF 1995 COMMUNITY DEVELOPAGM
BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS FROM THE FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS
LOAN & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND THE CONTINGENCY FUND TO
THE REHABILITATION GRANT/LOAN PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) of the City of
Plymouth has held a public hearing on July 20, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, no public comment was received as to the recommendation by City staff
to reallocate 1995 CDBG funds from the First Time Homebuyers Loan & Development
Program and the Contingency Fund to the Rehabilitation Grant/Loan Program; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA, after discussion on the issue, recommended on a 4-0
vote to request that the Plymouth City Council approve the reallocation of 1995 CDBG
funds as proposed in HRA Resolution 95-06;
NOW, nmlzEFORE, BE it RESOLVED BY THE cn-Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that 1995 CDBG funds of $18,000 in the First Time
Homebuyers Loan & Development r.ogram and $8,000 in the Contingency Fund, be
reallocated to the Rehabilitation Grant/Loan Fund.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on August 1, 1995.
