VEMREAS, Bauer Berry Farm has requested a putial refund of the application fee for
their temporary outdoor sales event.
NOW. SORB, BE IT HEI B3Y RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTAo that it should and hereby does deny the
request of Bauer Berry Farm for a partial refund of the applic,atim fee for their
temporary outdoor sales event, subject to the following finding:
1. The poor weather conditions that resulted in a partial loss of the product to be
sold through the Administrative Permit are a normal part of an agrimhural
business. A partial refund of the application fee could set an undesirable
precedent for other weather sensitive events.
