APPROVING AMENDED MIXED PLANNED I'NIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3033 CAMPUS DRIVE (95034)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insarance Company has r_�quested an Amended Planned Unit
Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit P, - a harking lot reconfiguration and
parking deck restriping for property located at 3033 Campus Drive.
The property is more specifically describ-A as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Northwest Business Calt.pus sixth Addition, according to the
plat thereof, filed in the office of the registrar of titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, on June 27, 1984, as document number 1585749.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has n.viewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Prudential Insurance Comp ny for an Amended MPUD Plan and
Conditional Use Permit for a parking lot ,::onfiguration and restriping of the parking
deck for "compact" -sized spaces for property located at 3033 Campus Drive, based on
the following conditions:
1. The MPUD Preliminary Plan is hereby amended for the parting lot
reconfiguration and deck restriping in accordance with the plans receival July
26, 1995, except that 9 -foot parking spaces and drive aisles are modified to
show 18 -foot interlocking stall depths and 14 -foot drive aisles.
2. Standard Conditions:
a. Submittal of a Site Improvement Ferformauce Agreement and financial
guarantee prior to issuance of grading pennits.
b. Submittal of an 81A by 11 inch "as built" fire protection plan shall be
submitted prior to the release of site improvement bonds.
c. Any subsequent phases o, oxpansions are subject to the required reviews and
approval per Ordinat, .., provMiohs.
d. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants.
