APPROVING FINAL DESIGN PLANS AND LANDSCAPE PLAN
COUNTY ROAD 9 (14% TO POLARIS LANE)
CITY PROJECT NO. 402
WEEREA.S, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on September 19, 1994
approving the preliminary layout for improvements to County Road 9, the Hennepin
County Department of Public Works has prepared final plans for the construction it
County Road 9 and the firm of Sugar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. has prepared a Mindscape
Plan and both have been presented to the City Council for approval;

1. Such plans are hereby approved subject to further review by the
City on guardrail, median trees, and location of the overhead
utility lime. Plans are on file in the Engineering Department.
Adopted by the City Council on July 18, 1995.

Members present: Anderson, Wold, Lymangond, Helliwell, Granath, Edson,
Tierney.
Members absent: None.
Documents: A copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth at said meeting.
Certification:
I, Laurie rwrena , City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, do hereby certify the
following:
Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of record
in the offices of the City of Plymouth, which resolution was adopted by the City Council,
at the meeting referred to above. Said meeting was a special meeting of the City
Council, notice of which was duly given, was open to the public, and was held at the
place at which meetings of the City Council are regularly held. Member Edson
moved the adoption of the attached resolution. The motion for adoption of the attached
resolution was seconded by Member A vote being taken on the
motion, the following voted in favor of the resolution:
Anderson, Wold, Lymangood, Helliwell, Granath, Edson, Tierney.
and the following voted against the resolution: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The attached
resolution is in full force and effect and no action has been taken by the City Council of
the City of Plymouth which would in any way alter or amend the attached resolution.
