RESOLUTION NO. 95-429
ORDER]NG twpROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PEONY LANE IMPROVEMENTS
HIGHWAY SS TO WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL NORTH PROPERTY LINE
CITY PROJECT NO. SM
WAS, Resolution No. 95-354 of the City Council adopted the 20th day of June,
1995, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to Peony Lane
from Highway 55 to Wayzata High School north property line; and
WFIBREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 74 foot wide 9 ton
roadway with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, grade separated railroad crossing,
and trunk watermain, 8 foot wide bituminous truly and all necessary appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of July►
1995) at which time all persons desiring to be beard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon;

THE OF PLYMOUTH,I •
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted June 20, 1995.
2. Strpr-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement,
FURTHER, that the staff shall review phasing of the project and MSA funding and
make a recommendation before plans aro approved by the City Council.
