RESOLUTION No. 95-425
AWARDING THE BID FOR FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION TO
CONNECTIVITY SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for inatallation of fiber optica to 14900 23rd Avawe and
Water Tratmeat Plant No. l, and
WHEREAS, bids wen received and opened on June 30, 1995 from two bidders:
1. Commdvity Systems Inc. $439147
2. Americable Inc. $649555
WHEREAS, Connectivity S;, stems compiled with W elements of the bid specifications and is
determined to be the lowest mvmsible bidder,
NOW, THCREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIIeMOTA, that the Finance Dimctor is authorizsod to enter into
a contract with Connectivity Systema Ine.for $43,147 plus sales tax, and that the funding far
the fiber optic installation will be provided from the Public Facilities Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 1995.
