RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 424
APPROVING CONSULTANT AGREE [ENT FOR
PLYMOUTH WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City is considering developing a Comprehensive Water Resources
Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, in order to prepare such a plan, technical information is required; and
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals from qualified consultants to provide the
necessary services; and
WHEREAS, those proposals have been reviewed by a consultant selection committee
comprised of City staff and a representative from the Environmental Quality Committee;
and
WHEREAS, It is the consensus of the selection committee that an agreement be entered
into with the firm of Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) to provide the necessary
tec►inical and professional services needed to complete the Plymouth Water Resources
Management Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the staff is authorized to enter into an
agreement with SEH to provide the necessary technical and professional services to
complete the Plymouth Water Resources Management Plan at a cost not to exceed
$152,090. All additional necessary services will be negotiated separately.
RMTHER, that funding for the services is provided from the Storm Water funds as
follows;
Bassett Creek
Minnehaha Creek
Elm Creek
Shingle Creek

(Fund 215-215)
(Fund 216-216)
(Fund 217-217)
Adopted by the City Council on July 18, 1995.
