CITY OF PLYMOUTH
{ RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 422
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE BY THE, CITY OF TSE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3960 COUNTY ROAD 101
(PIN 118-22-41.0003)
WHEREAS, the owners of the property have requested that the City purchase the property at this
time; and
WHEREAS, the purchase price of $48,200 appears to be very reasonable; sad
WHEREAS, additional right-of-way will be needed from this property when County Road 101 is
widened in the future; and
VAMEAS, removing this residence from an industrial guided area as well as from the close
proximity of the water tower would be in the best interest of the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That purchase of the property located at 3960 County Road
101, PIN 18-118-22-41-0003, for the purchase price of $48,200 is hereby authorized with
Ponding from the Utility Trunk Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on July 18, 1995.
