RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT

CITY PROJECT NO. 524
WHEREAS, a cost estimate has been prepared for the improvement of.
Dunkirk Court from Dunkirk Lane to approximately 1,000 feet south of
Dunkirk Lane
by the installation of bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and
all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $88,320
and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount
to $23,659 so the total cost of the improvement will be $1110979 and of this cost the
City will pay $0 as its share of the cost;
NOW, IMBIFORE, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL JF

1. The cost of sucl•, improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $111,979.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
af%cted, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall aeon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
Council thereof.
