HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-418• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 95-418 RWEEWNG PETITION AND CALL NG FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS DUNKERK COURT STREET IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 524 WE EREAS, the owner of Dundee Nursery (PIN 17-118-22-34-0002) has petitioned the City to make improvements to Dunkirk Court by the installment of a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all necessary appurUancxs; and WHEREAS, a preliminary Engineering Report for the improvements of Dunkirk Court was received by the City Council on April 19, 1993; and NOW, Tffl!RBFOREo BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CrrY COUNC1L OF E = • • PLYMOUTH,n • 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance ( with the report and the assessment of benefited proporty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.11 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $111,979. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 1st day of August, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 8:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published nonce of such hearing and improvements as required and improvements as required by law.
